What is a GSA Contract?


A GSA contract is a contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to sell your products and/or services to the government with specified terms and pre-negotiated prices for an initial period of 5 years, and the contract is renewable for up to 20 years.

What Can the Government Buy Through GSA Contracts?


Just about EVERYTHING! There are currently 60 GSA schedules, and every schedule has between 20 and 60 subcategories. The government did not leave much out when designing these schedules.


Are There Any Businesses Not Eligible for a GSA Schedule?


Some of these businesses for which GSA schedules are not offered are Perishable Food Items and “Personal” Vehicles.
